Time for a new coating!
Yes, it’s that time again, it is time for a fresh coat of seal coating on the parking lot at Freelance York. We had it done just a few years back, just after the construction of the new storage unit building behind us. With our new coating coming in the weeks ahead, please plan accordingly. Our office will be hard to reach due to the fresh layer of seal coating being put down the weekend before the 4th of July. On July 2nd and 3rd, 2022 the lot will be closed to traffic for the seal coating process to be complete. You may be able to park down at Markey’s market and come through the grass, but you may get some tar on your shoes/footwear.
